Sweet Jim. Your dying card however has the “You are-s” instead of the “I am-s” on the side other people see.

The “Surprised” card is in error in that it allows free actions. Page 267 of PHB: “If you’re surprised, you can’t take any actions (not even free actions, immediate actions,or opportunity actions).”

These look really interesting.  Not only are these useful RPG aids, it looks like they will be lots of fun at dinner parties and even make good wedding presents. 

What a great idea - wish I’d thought of it

Great resource Jim.  I’ll be testing them out tonight at my game.

Some things I’ve noticed as I printed them out:

Weakened: Says “I am Unconscious” on the table side and has 2nd person pronouns and adjectives instead of 1st.

Slowed: Last scentance is missing it’s subject on the table side (due to the use of an imperative on the personal side).  It should read “If I am slowed while moving, I stop moving ...”

Restrained: Table side has 2nd person pronouns instead of first.

Prone: The bit about dropping prone as a minor action isn’t really a result of the condition, but rather a rule on how to gain the condition.  As a result, I don’t think it needs to be on the condition card.

Dominated: Third bullet point has 2nd person possessives and pronouns at the end of the first line.

Helpless: The note about how this condition is usually gained probably shouldn’t be on the condition card as if you’ve got that condition card in front of you then you’re obviously helpless for some other reason than being unconscious (if you were unconscious, then you’d just have the Unconscious condition card in front of you).

Just noticed something new:

Restrained has the line: “You are/I am immobilized.” However, it doesn’t list the condition results from immobilized.  In particular, it needs to mention that you can’t move from your square though you can teleport (push, pull, and slide are already covered since restrained modifies them from the immobilized condition).

I’d probably phrase it this way:

You/I grant combat advantage.
You/I can’t move from your/my space, although you/I can teleport.
You/I can’t be forced to move by a pull, a push, or a slide.
You/I take a ‐2 penalty to attack rolls.

Really helpful Jim. I agree with Black Plauge though, The “immobilized” condition card could be corrected.
