Could anyone help me find the stats and further information to make a kobold pc

Check the Monster Manual and the Dungeon Masters Guide. Those two books should have enough information to create a kobold PC.

If you can find it, there is a publication titled “The Slayers Guide to Kobolds” which was put out by Mongoose Publishing a long, long time ago. It could be a good source reference if you can find it, but the Monster Manual and Dungeon Masters Guide tell you everything you need.

Kobolds don’t have any friends.

Just creatures that don’t want to eat them because they taste terrible,
and are not sufficiently annoyed to kill kobolds on general principle )
