Alright, these maps are wicked cool. Enough to make me wish I had Dunjinni.  But I just have one really r-tardy question… how do you use them with your DnD group?  Do you print them out? bc that seems like it would get expensive.  Or do you use a computer and have a monitor that everyone looks at?  Thanks.

I have just been making some of these to make them.  This one I entered into a contest on the DJ boards.  I won’t win because those guys are just downright insanely good, but I figured I’d have a go at it.

Some I’ve made for games, and those are generally for PBPs.  I’m amassing a collection of sorts because I’m kind of planning a campaign for when 4E comes out and I’d like to have a bunch of maps done before then. 

For some of the smaller encounter maps, I’ll print them out and use them.

Not having a F2F group right now sucks, but I intend to get one going next year (after I finish my degree) and will probably buy a decent projector and make a setup like the ones I’m sure you’ve seen people post about over at ENWorld.  $1000 for a projector will actually even out to be a lot cheaper than printing these.

How long did it take to make?

This one was actually pretty quick - a couple hours max - including exporting it from DJ and then cropping it in GIMP.

Seriously - this one is kind of lame in comparison to what those guys on the DJ forum produce.

Is there a decent way to compile your maps for ease of use? Maybe a section of the board that would be a handy archive of the top rated ones or something? Or even a link to where you host them all?
