4th & Dragon : Dungeons and Dragons...and stuff

A number of months back I got a BN gift card, and after all of the great things I’ve been seeing on the Adventurers Vault I rolled on over and pre-ordered it.  Amazingly they are giving 35% off (30% + 5% for a preorder) so I’m loving it.

I go to check out and after tax and 3-day shipping it comes to $25.04.

I stare at my $25 gift card.  And giggle inside a little.

After using the gift card I have the remaining balance paid through paypal.  I found it funny that paypal will have to send barnes and noble less than a nickel.

Reading that right there, just made my day.  Ha ha it is too infrequent that you read about people over 5 giggling.  And that is a damn shame

Well Talae, tough call there.  I’d have to say I would lean towards books though I mean houses come and go, but editions stay forever.... right?

For some odd reason, my wife doesn’t seem to agree.

They are so finicky about having things like food and water and having somewhere to sleep at night.  Oh well

that is why you should just marry a gamer like I did

I did...she plays. She still seems to prefer the bills to be paid for.

hrm.

Guess just people need to take a good long look at their priorities
