My funiest D&D moment was replaced recently.
This guy in my group, Erik, has a bad habit of saying things that really sound wrong and this makes him the butt of many jokes, but this one tops them all.
Erik’s character is an evoker, but he described his character as a “flaming mage.” The comment made at this was, “Wow, that doesn’t sound gay at all.”
It get’s better; there’s a spell in the spell compendium called Rainbow Blast.  Erik is fascinated by this spell and keeps going on about how he wants to use it - it does 1d6-1d12 damage from all the elemental types at once, so it is a decent spell, but the name!
This comment was made (ironically, by the guy in our group who actually IS gay), “Rainbow Blast, also called Gay Pride.  Side note, this spell deals double damage against right-wing christian groups; Presbytarians gain +2 to their saving throws.”
It gets better.  While we were laughing at this, Erik says, “Yeah, laugh it up, but you’ll see.  I’ll tear apart someone’s butt with this spell and then you won’t be laughing.”
We laughed for five minutes before anyone could catch their breath enough to speak.

Why suffer from insanity when you could enjoy every minute of it?
