4th & Dragon : Dungeons and Dragons...and stuff

Update:

Well, now LT is very busy in RL and he is only updating over on ORP once a week. Not a good basis for another Conjurer’s Chess round.

Cameron, on the other hand, is around - but he’s still busy as well (see the Spore thread). I’ll PM him though to see what his plans concerning this are.

I’m still willing to keep this running, but I can’t do it without players.  You guys are in the driver’s seat.

It’s not like a regular D&D session where, if things get quiet for a while, the DM can just announce a group of thugs busting the door down.

I attack said thugs. :D I am here and have been the whole time (well except for my honeymoon).

Is this still going? Is there interest? If not, maybe a level bump would intrigue some.

I’m sorry to say, but it seems as if the lack of interest is terminal.

Barring a huge push to reinstate it, I think I’m officially calling the Conjurer’s Chess Challenge...dead.

Sorry for kind of ignoring this.  Things have just gotten really busy for me lately and Hayvanlarla just wasn’t working out the way I thought she would (at least at this lower level).

I was enjoying reading this too :(

Is that something that can be considered a huge push?

I stated at the onset we needed five committed players.

We still do.

I’ll be happy to get things rolling again...even make changes that you think might make it more appealing (such as a move to 8th level), but I need a 5-player commitment.

Partly my fault as well.  Time got the best of me and will continue until at least December once my thesis is done and in.  After that I hope to be up and running with free time again.

Sorry, I missed Talae’s latest post. I’m still here and want to have fun with this – I have been away a lot giving seminars and been sick the last four days… furthermore, with Dragonavenue focusing mostly on 4E at this point, I don’t come here this often anymore (and with no chess game going on, obviously).

Let’s see… Talae is eager to play. I am as well. Cameron hasn’t found his way back to this forum again. BP doesn’t seem to look in often either. LT has posted on ORP that he doesn’t have time anymore to be online there – the same goes for this site. Nonamazing – haven’t heard from him either.

I’m sad to see this go but if no one else shows up, then I guess this is it…

Andorax, thanks for providing for all the fun while it lasted. I really appreciate it.
