Let’s say you have a Frost Giant Monk 1.  Do you use his racial hit die when determining the save DC or the uses of the feat per day?  A Frost Giant has 14 hit die of giant, so does that increase his save DC by 7?

Racial HD count as character levels for the purposes of computing uses/day and save DC so such a monk could use Stunning Fist 4 times per day (1 monk level + 14 other levels/4) and would have a save DC of 10 + (15 levels/2) + Wis mod.
