This is good to hear that it gets a decent amount of usage. If anyone thinks that something should be added, feel free to suggest it. (it’s been a while since an update.)

Could we expand this list to include 4th edition?

There are a few abbreviations that are used in 4e exclusively.
OA = opportunity attack
AV = Adventurer’s vault (book)

...

We could come up with these here, or make a new thread for it.

I too would not mind a new 4E version.  AV (Adventurer’s Vault), FR: CG (Forgotten Realms Campaign Guide), and some others in 4E.  Along with the new books coming out for it too.  Might be worth our while to make a list.

We could separate it into different sections such as Universal (DMG, MM, PHB) and then break it down into books for each version (3, 3.5, 4, w/e else versions, I see different 3.x and 3.75 plenty) and terms for each version (Like PC for prestige class and PP for paragon path)

Just my two cents, but I would be happy to look through the books for acronyms and help post them in some semblance of organization
